Motorola Solutions in Singapore seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across CNI, PS agencies, and ministries of defense, selling an integrated ecosystem of mission-critical technologies including tactical radio, video surveillance, and AI analytics.

You will hunt new opportunities, manage complex tenders, and lead cross-functional teams through long procurement cycles while traveling up to 50% as required across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience targeting CNI, PS Agencies, and major government-linked companies in Singapore and frontier markets.
• Domain expertise in tactical communications, C4I architectures, or advanced video surveillance and analytics.
• Established network of regional partners, CNI enterprises, and PS system integrators.
• Experience navigating long procurement cycles in frontier markets.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership in CNI: lead the CNI segment expansion into Transport (Airports, Rail, Sea).
• Energy & Power Market: develop go-to-market strategies for Singapore’s critical utility sector.
• Frontier Country Penetration: execute strategy into frontier markets with local partners for MSI solutions.
• Influence Specifications: shape technical requirements with customer technical working groups and SIs.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management: maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate monthly forecasts.
• Tenders & Bid Management: lead preparation of proposals, quotes, and bid responses for tenders.
