in Singapore is seeking a Regional Reward Expert/Manager to drive the group’s reward agenda across the 9 markets in the South Asia Pacific region, steering regional projects and owning topic expertise in compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition and mobility. The ideal candidate will manage design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation programs, benchmark benefits, lead regional mobility projects, and drive effective reward communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in reward required; up to 5 years preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and capabilities a must; experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.); experience with Workday
• High learning agility with continuous improvement mindset; excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization; proactive & self-motivated approach with strong drive to deliver outstanding results

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer and evaluate compensation programs across the region.
• Develop benefits and wellbeing offerings, benchmarking and differentiation strategy.
• Foster a culture of recognition and align with global frameworks when available.
• Manage end-to-end mobility for relocations and ensure MOM compliance.
• Transform reward communications to be timely, personalized and engaging.
