The role oversees renewals with vendors, manages the annual salary review, and drives data analytics to optimise costs. Hybrid work in Singapore, with a global rewards team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing benefits renewals and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and govern global rewards programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee APAC compensation and benefits strategies and programmes.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment with budget and business goals.
• Lead annual salary reviews, job leveling, and merit increase recommendations.
• Manage administration of variable pay, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.
• Oversee benefits renewals, vendor management, and cost-control measures.
• Provide guidance on job leveling, salary bands, and incentive plans to HR partners.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulations and maintain data integrity in HR systems.
