Job summary

WS Audiology in Singapore is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to own global Reward processes and partner with APAC markets. Reporting to Global Head of Reward, you will join a specialist team spanning Reward, Mobility, and Analytics.

You will design and optimize ST and LTI plans, run Mercer IPE evaluations, and implement pay governance in Workday, shaping the Reward CoE for a publicly listed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in compensation and total rewards in a large, international organization with APAC focus.
• Hands-on experience running Reward cycles end-to-end (merit, STI, LTI).
• Strong analytical skills with base pay structures, governance and reporting.
• Mercer IPE knowledge advantageous; familiarity with pay transparency and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR colleagues and business leaders across Reward topics.
• Bring market insight and data to offers, promotions and annual cycles.
• Design, manage and optimize ST and LTI to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
• Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
• Design and implement Reward processes and governance in Workday; support adoption across markets.
• Shape the Reward CoE framework and ensure alignment with a publicly listed company’s expectations.
• Stay informed of industry best practices and market trends.
• Implement innovative reward strategies to attract, retain and motivate talent.
