Job summary

FedEx Asia Pacific is seeking an Asia Pacific Total Rewards Advisor to partner with field HR and business leaders, shaping compensation, benefits, recognition and other Total Rewards programs, and translating market data into pragmatic solutions.

You bring 5+ years in regional Total Rewards, strong analytics, job evaluation expertise, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic regional setting; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of regional Total Rewards experience in compensation & benefits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into practical recommendations.
Well-versed in job evaluation.
Fluent English communication; able to present and engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a regional environment.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify Total Rewards opportunities and risks across the region and recommend solutions to support business and talent strategies.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand priorities and translate needs into Total Rewards solutions.
Leverage external market data to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness.
Provide data-driven consultative advice on compensation, benefits, recognition and other Total Rewards matters.
Support review, renewal and implementation of Total Rewards programs with stakeholders and vendors.
