Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in compensation, benefits, or rewards

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC reward strategies aligned with global compensation philosophy
• Advise regional leaders on compensation, governance approvals, and annual reviews
• Plan and integrate acquired teams into the rewards framework with regional HR
• Assess market trends, regulation, and workforce needs to propose reward solutions
• Drive evolution of employee benefit programs and optimize delivery
