Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager based in Singapore to manage a strategic Luxury sector portfolio across Asia Pacific. You will bridge customers with CEVA’s country, product and operations teams across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail.

Direct Luxury experience is advantageous but not essential. You will drive regional account planning, governance and quarterly business reviews, while growing revenue and expanding CEVA’s share of wallet through competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Strong ability to grow accounts and manage complex relationships across multiple teams and countries.
• Experience with tenders, RFQs and customer business reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across Asia Pacific as the primary regional contact.
• Lead regional account planning, governance and QBRs with Global and National Key Account teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and share across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail.
• Coordinate with country, product and operations teams to deliver service outcomes and resolve escalations.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and report priorities, risks, and opportunities to CEVA leadership.
• Develop customer-specific logistics solutions with Product teams and support regional tenders and commercial processes.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in CEVA CRM and monitor key metrics.
