CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Training & Change Manager to join the APAC Contract Logistics Transformation team. Based in Singapore or nearby, you will lead regional change activities for major system implementations and process changes across APAC, collaborating with operations, IT and business leaders to drive adoption and sustainable improvements.

You will develop learning materials, coordinate trainer networks, manage communications, and monitor readiness across multiple countries

Formación

• Experience delivering organisational change, training and readiness in large transformations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS implementations in logistics or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and adoption measurement.
• Experience developing learning materials and train-the-trainer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional change management, training and readiness plans aligned with system implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness reviews and risk actions.
• Lead regional training: role-based learning, guides, digital content, trainer networks.
• Coordinate communications to ensure leaders and teams understand changes and expectations.
• Build networks of change champions, trainers and super users for local capability.
• Support testing readiness, cutover, go-live and stabilization with IT and ops.
• Monitor completion, adoption metrics and provide leadership with insights.
• Capture feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve training and enablement.
