CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to lead Luxury sector engagements across Asia Pacific. You will manage strategic customers, drive account planning, and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions.

You will coordinate governance, oversee service performance, and pursue revenue growth while influencing stakeholders across multiple countries and seniority levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management or strategic account management within logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multi-country relationships and influence multiple teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue growth and client governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across Asia Pacific as the primary regional contact.
• Lead regional account planning, governance and Quarterly Business Reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics, and Ground & Rail.
• Coordinate with country, product and operations teams to deliver service outcomes and resolve escalations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and present priorities and risks to CEVA leadership.
• Support tenders, RFQs and commercial processes with product teams.
