Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking an experienced Training & Change Manager to lead regional change management, training and business readiness for a major enterprise transformation across APAC Contract Logistics.

You will coordinate with global programme teams, regional and country leadership, and build sustainable improvements while embedding new workflows, processes and systems across multiple countries. Willingness to travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change, training and business readiness across large-scale tech or business transforms.
• Experience supporting ERP/WMS/TMS implementations in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, and adoption measurement.
• Experience developing learning materials, workshops, train-the-trainer, and super-user support.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional change management, training and business readiness plans aligned with system implementations and milestones.
• Conduct readiness reviews, risk assessment and action planning for adoption.
• Lead regional training approach: role-based learning, user guides, digital content, train-the-trainer programmes.
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure understanding of changes and expectations.
• Establish networks of change champions, trainers and super users across countries.
• Support testing readiness, go-live and stabilisation post-implementation.
