Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. seeks a senior business development leader to drive regional growth across APAC markets.

You will identify partners, manage complex deals from initial engagement to onboarding and launch, and develop a strong pipeline through market development activities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B technology, SaaS, geospatial, energy, utilities, or related sectors, with a proven track record of creating new partnerships from the ground up.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances or market expansion within B2B technology, SaaS, geospatial, energy, utilities, infrastructure or transportation industries.
Proven experience developing new partnerships, markets or commercial opportunities from the ground up.
APAC regional experience and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional commercial growth plans across APAC markets.
Identify and engage partners to create new routes to market.
Manage opportunities from engagement through onboarding and launch.
Develop pipeline through partnerships, market development and direct business development activities.
Lead partner enablement, customer engagement, events and industry activities.
Work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams to turn partnerships into qualified business opportunities and revenue.
