A leading global organisation in the medical technology sector is seeking an experienced IT professional to support IT infrastructure operations across the APAC region from Singapore. The role blends infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, end-user support, and regional project work.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cross-region collaboration platforms, while partnering with global teams to deliver projects and improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and cybersecurity practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, collaboration platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure services across APAC.
• Partner with global IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver infrastructure projects and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and operational standards.
• Provide hands-on support for users, devices, meeting room technology, and workplace IT services.
• Drive service excellence through ticket management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
