BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join its APAC IT team in Singapore.

This hands-on role focuses on maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, network, and security, while delivering strong end-user support across the region. You will collaborate with regional and global IT teams, manage IAM, Active Directory, VPN, firewalls, and device deployments, and contribute to ISO 27001 and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End-User Support.
• Experience in regional or multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Operations across APAC with compliance and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and IAM services.
• Manage network infrastructure and security (VPN, firewall, Cisco).
• Provide end-user support across APAC and device deployment.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors for service delivery.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our APAC IT team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise IT infrastructure across the APAC region, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT services while delivering excellent end-user support.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and global IT teams to support infrastructure operations, Microsoft 365 services, network systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys a hands-on technical role within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Operations

• Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of IT infrastructure and technology roadmap initiatives across APAC locations.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure services.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle management, including hardware and software assets.

Microsoft 365 & Systems Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Active Directory and Identity & Access Management (IAM) services.
• Support collaboration platforms, email services, and Voice over IP (VoIP/ToIP) solutions.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls.

Network & Security Support

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support routing, switching, VPN, firewall, wireless, and security solutions.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and compliance activities, including ISO 27001 related controls.

End-User Support

• Provide technical support to employees across the APAC region.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
• Resolve escalated technical issues and coordinate with global support teams when required.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with global infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, security, and user experience.
• Promote IT best practices and knowledge sharing across regional teams.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End-User Support.
• Experience supporting users within a regional or multinational environment is preferred.
