Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Regional IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across the APAC region. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical IT services while delivering high-quality technical support to business users and collaborating with global IT teams.

You will play a key role in infrastructure operations, cybersecurity compliance, end-user support, and technology improvement initiatives that drive business efficiency and operational excellence.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across APAC offices.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), collaboration platforms, and telephony services.
• Manage and support network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPNs, and connectivity services.
• Ensure infrastructure services are reliable, secure, and aligned with global IT standards.

End-User Support

• Provide technical support to end users across the region.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room collaboration equipment.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Drive effective ticket management by monitoring backlog, prioritization, and service levels.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and work closely with security teams to strengthen IT controls.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, documentation, and business continuity readiness.
• Promote best practices aligned with ISO27001 and corporate governance requirements.
• Partner with global infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to implement technology standards and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support infrastructure projects and contribute to the execution of the organization’s technology roadmap.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance infrastructure performance, stability, and user experience.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or End-User Support.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
