Job summary

Airswift is seeking an APAC IT Infrastructure Specialist for a hybrid role based in Changi, Singapore. You will manage enterprise infrastructure and end-user support, aligning with stakeholders and MSPs to drive technology roadmaps and reliable IT operations.

You will work across multiple sites to implement Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IAM initiatives while maintaining security controls and ITIL-aligned ticket processes, with strong communication and collaboration across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree required.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure and end-user support experience.
• Experience across multiple sites or regional environment.
• Collaboration with technical teams, vendors and MSPs on infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IAM services.
• Uphold cybersecurity standards and ISO 27001 awareness.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs on initiatives and roadmaps.
• Improve service quality, operational readiness and user experience.
