Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Regional IT & Infrastructure Lead to own APAC IT infrastructure, ensure operational stability and drive transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure, operations or related field.
• Strong regional/global enterprise infrastructure experience, cloud and hybrid.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Entra ID, M365, Azure and virtualization.
• Hands‑on with Intune, Autopilot and security policies.
• Leads major incidents, RCA, problem management and change governance.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects as a lead or regional liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own availability, performance and reliability of regional IT infrastructure across APAC.
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft tech stack and cloud, networking, endpoints.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity and resilience; drive automation and standardisation.
• Lead major incident management, root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Partner with global IT, Cyber Security and Engineering on transformation and cloud adoption.
• Manage vendors and MSPs, track SLAs and delivery commitments.
• Act as senior escalation point for regional support teams and maintain runbooks.
