Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End-User Support.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across APAC offices.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IAM, collaboration platforms, and telephony services.
• Manage network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPNs, and connectivity services.
• Provide technical support to end users and manage ticket backlog and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and ISO27001 guidance.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement standards and run IT projects.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity readiness.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience.
