Job summary

Airswift is seeking an APAC IT Infrastructure Specialist for a hybrid role based in Changi, Singapore. You will manage enterprise infrastructure and end-user support, aligning with stakeholders and MSPs to drive technology roadmaps and reliable IT operations.

You will work across multiple sites to implement Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IAM initiatives while maintaining security controls and ITIL-aligned ticket processes, with strong communication and collaboration across technical teams.

Job Title: APAC IT Infrastructure Specialist

This opportunity offers broad regional responsibility across enterprise infrastructure and end-user support within a hybrid working environment. The role focuses on delivering reliable IT operations, supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network infrastructure and cybersecurity standards, while helping to improve service quality, operational readiness and user experience across multiple sites. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and managed service providers to support infrastructure initiatives and technology roadmap delivery.

Required Education

• Diploma or university equivalent, including bachelor's degree level education.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services across multiple sites or a regional environment.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, vendors and service providers to support infrastructure delivery and operational improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong technical capability in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise network routing, switching and security infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IAM services, collaboration platforms, voice and telephony, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and controls, including ISO 27001 awareness.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and strong ticket management discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting ability, autonomy, resourcefulness and clear communication with technical teams.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, subnetting and monitoring.
• Basic database knowledge covering SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English.
• Basic AI literacy and familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Copilot and Claude code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Palo Alto firewall or Cisco networking technologies.
• Cloud AWS knowledge.
