Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for APAC, based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end coordination across APAC hiring logistics, partnering with recruiters and managers to ensure smooth candidate experiences and timely interviews.

You'll work across time zones, leverage Greenhouse and scheduling tools, and apply AI in daily workflows while upholding Anthropic's safety-focused mission and culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high volume scheduling.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and markets, with an understanding of local business norms across APAC.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and a scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime).
• Excellent written communication, especially a knack for friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly.
• Comfort creating structure where there isn't one yet, and the judgment to know when to elevate.
• Hands on fluency with AI tools, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it.
• A love of feedback, and comfort both requesting and providing it.
• Fluency in English (native or business-level).
• Additional APAC languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean or Mandarin) a plus.
• A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our deep commitment to AI safety.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops across multiple time zones and languages.
• Be the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics with a warm, clear tone.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a trusted advisor and flag capacity risks.
• Keep systems accurate for APAC roles, including Greenhouse setup and interview plans.
• Provide follow-the-sun coverage with clean handoffs between regions.
• Support regional hiring operations including new locations and onboarding handoffs.
• Improve processes and document what works.
• Independently scope and lead projects from problem to solution.
• Use AI tools as a core part of daily workflow.
