About the role

Anthropic is seeking a results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to help establish and scale our teams across GTM functions in the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you'll be instrumental in our expansion, serving as one of the founding Recruiting hires in the region while building exceptional teams from the ground up. This role requires someone who can bridge cultural gaps, maintain Anthropic's high standards, and work collaboratively with our Business teams and leaders to establish our local presence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and excels at building relationships across diverse cultural and business contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM teams while establishing recruiting infrastructure and processes in APAC
• Develop culturally-informed sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Singapore, with potential expansion to broader APAC markets
• Partner with regional leaders and HQ to provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy while adapting global practices for local markets
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to innovate recruiting processes and drive efficiency across time zones
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and cultural considerations while coaching hiring managers on regional best practices
• Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring candidates understand Anthropic's mission while advocating for regional talent needs with global leadership
• Build foundational recruiting processes, systems, and partnerships with local agencies, universities, and professional networks
