OpenAI is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Events Program Coordinator to plan and execute APAC recruiting events. You will partner with the Recruiting Events Manager and APAC Recruiting Manager to deliver dinners, meetups, mixers, and candidate engagement activities.

You will manage end‑to‑end event details, from invitations and registration pages to on‑site support and post‑event reporting, while adapting global templates for regional needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

• Project manage APAC recruiting events from kickoff to post‑event closeout.

• Collaborate with Global Events, Workplace, and Hiring Managers.
• Prepare event briefs, materials, speaker questions, and talking points.
• Own event setup in Swoogo and attendee communications.
• Track attendance, engagement, and post‑event follow-ups.
• Identify process improvements using AI tools to scale regional events.
