Job summary
Stripe is seeking a strategic Recruiter to support hiring for Risk, Partnerships and Operations in APAC. You will own full-cycle recruiting, advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, influence decisions through data, and help close senior roles with a focus on quality and speed in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy, talent-market insights, and complex searches.
- Ability to seamlessly context switch to support a breadth of roles across functions and geographies.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Advise leaders on hiring strategy and market conditions for APAC talent.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build broad, qualified candidate pipelines.
- Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience.
