Job summary

PROGRESSION SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior leader to drive regional government and defense sales across APAC from Singapore. You will mentor account teams, advise on geo-spatial platforms, and cultivate high-level public sector partnerships to deliver strategic, revenue-generating outcomes.

The role requires deep public sector insight, strong storytelling and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% across APAC to engage civil government and emergency management stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geo-spatial Science, GIS, Business Administration or related field.
7+ years selling into government/defense/public sector in APAC.
3+ years mentoring/leading a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor regional account teams from discovery to closure.
Advise public agencies on geo-spatial platforms and best practices.
Build strategic executive-level partnerships across civil government and emergency services.
Navigate government procurement, multi-year budgeting, and tender processes.
