LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Market Planning Manager/Director for Platforms to strengthen customer engagement, accelerate adoption across APAC, and lead regional strategy with Sales, Product, and Marketing. Strong client-experience and strategic leadership are essential to drive growth and retention.

You will present at events, engage senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives through GTM processes, ensuring alignment with market trends and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-interaction and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate market and customer insights into initiatives.
• Experience in a platforms-type business is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and independence.
• Excellent project management and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional/global initiatives for platforms to enhance growth and satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales, and services to drive improvements.
• Develop cross-sell and upsell campaigns with Sales to maximize revenue.
• Use performance metrics to champion new initiatives enhancing revenue.
• Support pricing approvals, deal reviews and GTM activities.
