Envista is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations APAC to lead the delivery of HR services across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliant, employee-focused experiences throughout the lifecycle. You will partner with HR, finance/payroll, HR Tech, and leaders to drive governance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the APAC region.

You will lead a high-performing team supporting multiple APAC countries within Envista's global operating model, with up to 25% travel and close

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, people operations, or related HR fields.
Experience leading people and teams in a regional/multi-country environment.
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle administration and HR service delivery processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with setup and functioning of core HR systems, preferably Workday.
Experience managing service-level performance, operational controls, and process governance.
English fluency (C1).

Mansioni

Drive design, development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of People Operations in APAC.
Lead People Operations service delivery across APAC for employees, managers, and HR partners.
Oversee onboarding, job changes, leave administration, organizational changes, and offboarding.
Manage HR inquiry and case management operations (Tier 0-2).
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, policies, privacy, and controls.
Monitor service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with HR business partners, payroll, finance, IT, legal, and leaders.
Lead, coach, and develop a regional People Operations team.
