STACK Infrastructure APAC is seeking a hands-on Regional HR Operations Leader based in Singapore to drive HR systems implementation, regional processes, and lifecycle management across APAC markets. You will partner with country HR teams, IT, Finance and external vendors to ensure data integrity, governance, and scalable operations.

You will lead change-management initiatives, develop dashboards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining compliance and process excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years’ experience in HR operations, HRIS, change management, or shared services in a regional/multi-country setup.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or improving HR systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, HR data management, governance and controls.
• Experience across multiple APAC countries and local practices.
• Strong project- and change-management capability in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills with HR data, reports and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills for non-HR audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, ownership mindset; advantageous in high-growth infra/tech environments.
• Demonstrated leadership without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end people operations and lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, records).
• Establish scalable regional processes, workflows, templates, governance.
• Ensure HR records/data are accurate, secure, and compliant.
• Partner with country HR teams and external providers for local admin and statutory processes.
• Identify operational risks and implement improvements for service quality.
• Lead HR systems implementation, optimization and governance (HRIS, ATS, dashboards).
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and vendors on integrations and enhancements.
• Develop meaningful dashboards and metrics for workforce planning and oversight.
• Build data-management practices including audits and privacy controls.
• Support HR teams in system issue resolution and change initiatives.
• Drive regional process-improvement initiatives and change-management plans.
• Standardize processes while accommodating local market needs.
• Create training materials and knowledge resources to improve self-service.
• Monitor service delivery and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders to deliver effective solutions and manage vendors.
