Job summary

Global Manufacturing Firm is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead the people agenda across China, Malaysia, India and Vietnam. The role reports to the CHRO and combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on local operations to align with global processes.

You will guide HR teams regionally, ensure governance, and drive HR initiatives while partnering with Country Management and Centers of Excellence to sustain strong employee relations and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional HR leader across multiple countries with strong generalist HR skills.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage HR operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to implement people solutions aligned with global processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support HR Managers across the APAC region.
• Drive the implementation of global HR policies, processes and initiatives across the region.
• Act as the HR Manager for the local market, providing guidance on employee relations, employment matters and people processes.
• Partner with country management and Global HR partners to ensure HR governance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and engagement.
