Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in payments operations or regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of payments products, flows, and systems.
• Proven experience engaging with regulators and managing submissions.
• Ability to lead end-to-end regulatory examinations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor regulatory deliverables, manage response standards and templates, and maintain response libraries.
• Oversee APAC responses to regulatory examinations and information requests, ensuring clear ownership and coordination across teams.
• Drive end-to-end response execution — sourcing data, validating with subject matter experts, submitting responses, and maintaining a complete audit trail.
• Maintain active coordination with regulatory bodies across APAC locations, with a strong understanding of each regulator's expectations and engagement preferences.
• Coordinate across regulatory operations, cash operations, and payments operations to align the response model with lines of business and functions.
• Identify governance gaps and implement improvements that strengthen regulatory readiness across the region.
• Build strong relationships with compliance, legal, operations, and business stakeholders to support effective regulatory engagement.
