JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to manage onboarding process assurance for Payments across Asia-Pacific. You will diagnose issues, define target-state processes with controls managers, and drive delivery through governance and disciplined execution.

Stakeholder collaboration across controls, operations, risk, compliance, and product will be essential to remove friction and improve client outcomes while strengthening regulatory readiness and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments operations, client onboarding, or related roles within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep knowledge of payments products, end-to-end operating flows, and APAC corporate banking landscape.
• Proven track record in process improvement and change delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong controls mindset with experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with controls managers to identify onboarding control gaps and translate them into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Payments Client Implementation and Operations to simplify workflows and improve cycle times.
• Own end-to-end process mapping and target-state design with clear handoffs and escalation paths.
• Lead root-cause analysis on defects and exceptions to reduce repeat issues.
• Define requirements, success measures, and governance routines; track delivery through implementation and stabilisation.
• Coordinate audit readiness, including documentation standards and evidence packs.
• Publish playbooks and SOPs; support rollout for region-wide consistency.
• Provide reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
