Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in payments operations or regulatory-related roles within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payments products, flows, and systems.
• Experience engaging directly with regulatory bodies and managing supervisory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory deliverables and maintain response standards and templates.
• Oversee APAC responses to regulatory examinations and information requests.
• Drive end-to-end response execution with data sourcing and validation.
• Coordinate with regulators across APAC and align with business functions.
• Identify governance gaps and implement improvements for regulatory readiness.
• Build relationships with compliance, legal, operations, and business stakeholders.
