BNY in Singapore seeks a Director, POM Product Management (APAC Lead) to steer APAC strategy within the Global Payments & Trade Client Platform. You will partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to translate market opportunities into scalable product investments.
Lead a multi-year APAC growth plan, own regional revenue and P&L, shape roadmaps by client needs and fintech trends, and influence global product directions.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
- Deep Payments & Trade product management experience, with the ability to translate regional market opportunity, client demand, and strategic business priorities into clear product direction and execution plans.
Mansioni
- Define APAC product strategy and multi-year growth plan.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate market opportunities into product investments and commercialization plans.
- Lead regional revenue and P&L targets and influence global roadmaps based on client demand and market intelligence.
- Represent APAC market needs in product investment and roadmap discussions.
- Drive initiatives to accelerate pipeline, wallet share, and client adoption.
