Job summary

Gauntlet is hiring its primary business development presence for Asia-Pacific. You will own the region end to end: originating and closing partnerships that route deposits and mandates into Gauntlet's vault products across Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership in APAC. You will build and manage your own pipeline, establish in-region relationships with fintechs, exchanges, asset managers, and protocols, and provide

Qualifications

• Senior individual contributor with ownership over APAC BD.
• Proven track record in originating and closing strategic partnerships across fintechs, exchanges, asset managers and protocols.
• Experience building and managing regional pipelines and deals.

Responsibilities

• Own Asia-Pacific region end-to-end partnerships; originate, negotiate and close deals.
• Drive the regional pipeline and convert demand into signed partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, legal and operations to route deposits and mandates into Gauntlet vault products.
