Job summary

Starknet Foundation is building the blueprint for scalable, decentralized infrastructure across top networks. We seek a senior deal-maker to own strategy and execution for its Growth verticals, crafting financial models, token incentives, revenue structures, and multi-party agreements.

The role requires crypto fluency and high-level relationships with DeFi protocols and institutions. You will source, negotiate, and structure partnerships end-to-end, working across legal, finance and product

Qualifications

• Senior generalist with ability to operate cross-functionally across strategy, BD, partnerships, and product development.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and negotiate multi-party commercial terms.
• Crypto and DeFi native with 5+ years of experience.
• Ideal background in banking, management consulting or legal training with Tier-one exposure.
• Strong commercial and research skills with ability to build clear business cases.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategy and execution across Growth team's priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, RWA).
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships end-to-end to extend Starknet’s infrastructure stack.
• Develop commercial proposals that drive growth across the Starknet ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, ecosystem and marketing to build new partner-focused solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and operations to support partnerships.
• Represent Starknet at conferences and industry events to boost visibility.
