Job summary

BridgeWise is seeking a Regional Partnerships Director to lead APAC partnerships with wealthtech platforms, data providers and channel distributors. You will own the partnerships strategy and oversee high-value deals across the region.

In this senior role, you will structure deals across licensing, white-label and API integrations while growing partner networks and revenue. A startup mindset and strong stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or business development with 4+ years in senior roles.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder fintech partnerships.
• Experience selling to financial platforms (wealthtech, banks, brokers).
• Experience structuring API/technology integration partnerships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills at C-suite level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and autonomy in fast-moving startups.
• Familiarity with AI, investment research or financial data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own APAC partnership framework with tiers and models.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value partnerships in APAC.
• Structure deals across licensing, white-label, API, co-sell and channel resale.
• Onboard and grow partners with roadmaps and joint GTM plans.
• Maintain primary relationship ownership for strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on integrations and activations.
• Represent BridgeWise at industry events across APAC.
• Report pipeline, revenue and partner health to leadership.
