Job summary

Temenos AG in Singapore seeks to expand its APAC partner ecosystem by onboarding new sales partners and driving channel sales across Temenos’ multi-product portfolio. You will engage prospective partners, define targeted accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enable partners for success.

The role requires extensive travel, deep banking tech knowledge, and a proven track record in partner management within APAC. This is a full-time Singapore-based position with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and evolving APAC trends.
• Proven track record selling complex technology solutions to financial services.
• Experience working in or with Asia-Pacific markets and global matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel extensively to manage partners and opportunities.
• Ability to structure and manage partner life cycles and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new local Sales partners to onboard.
• Roll out locally Asia partner strategy.
• Train & evangelize partners.
• Manage local Sales partners relationships and identify key sponsors.
• Integrate Partner Strategy in day-to-day activities and liaise with Partner Director.
• Monitor local pipeline and drive partner sales across Temenos’ portfolio.
• Deliver regular management reporting.
• Define local annual business plan.
