Temenos in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new logo sales targets in banking and financial services, and to implement regional sales strategies as defined by management.

You will lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal signing, build relationships with senior decision makers and key opinion leaders, and coordinate with pre‑sales to tailor compelling proposals that highlight Temenos strengths.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of new sales experience in banking/financial sectors.
• Understanding of banking operations and IT processes.
• University education in business disciplines; post-graduate degree preferred.
• Consultative sales approach to understand customer needs.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work across the territory with international exposure.
• Fluency in English; local language a plus.
