Job summary

ServiceNow in Singapore seeks a commercially driven Partner Sales Manager to lead distributor and partner growth across APAC. You will cultivate strategic distributor relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive partner-led revenue through the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in channel sales, distribution, alliances, or partner management in tech.
• Proven revenue delivery through distributors and indirect channels.
• Strong understanding of APAC partner ecosystems and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic distributor relationships across APAC.
• Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market with distributors.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, bookings, revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and develop distributors and resellers in APAC.
• Collaborate with distributor leadership and internal sales on planning and initiatives.
