Job summary

Vanderlande in Singapore seeks a Head of Parcel APAC to lead strategic development, execution and sales of Parcel projects across the APAC region (China excluded). The role focuses on revenue growth, market expansion and executive-level account management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales and execution leadership experience in logistics or automation.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage large accounts.
• Strong knowledge of parcel automation, logistics operations, and e‑commerce fulfilment tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Parcel logistics customers.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with profitable pricing and terms.
• Lead the sales discipline across APAC for complex Parcel projects spanning multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, execution and customer needs.
