Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in sales and execution within Logistics, Materials Handling, automation, or related industries.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead large accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Parcel automation solutions and e-commerce fulfillment technologies.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing strategies, and complex sales cycles.
• Exceptional skills influencing and engaging executive-level customers and partners.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement an Execution Strategic Plan for Parcel Solutions in APAC to ensure efficiency, scalability, and customer alignment.
• Lead execution of Parcel projects in APAC, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet time and budget requirements.
• Collaborate across geographies to meet financial targets including revenue, profit, order intake, and inventory goals.
• Oversee supply chain management, manufacturing, and project execution in APAC to optimize workflows.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as highest escalation point for execution topics on Parcel projects in APAC.
