Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product focused on Local Payment Methods to grow adoption and revenue across APAC. You will work with Core Account Executives and Customer Success Managers through the full sales cycle from discovery to expansion.

You will develop expertise in Stripe's Local Payment Methods, translating customer needs into viable commercial and technical solutions to support market entry and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role at a technology company.
• Experience leading complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to understand technical product requirements and translate them into customer outcomes and commercial solutions.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate with product, engineering teams, and C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against an individual quota by driving adoption, payment volume, and revenue for Stripe's Local Payment Methods across APAC.
• Partner with Core Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities.
• Build territory and account strategies reflecting local payment preferences across APAC markets.
• Lead discovery with business, product, finance, and technical stakeholders to understand needs and propose strategies.
• Develop customer-specific business cases connecting LPM adoption to conversion and revenue growth.
• Lead complex commercial discussions and coordinate with Partnerships and Deal teams on partnerships.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales to translate needs into viable integrations.
• Guide users from evaluation through technical validation, implementation, activation, and expansion.
• Monitor adoption and payment volume post-launch and plan growth with account teams.
• Serve as an internal and customer-facing LPM expert, enabling field teams and guiding regional plays.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing to influence GTM priorities.
