Job summary

BNP Paribas Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Application Support Lead for APAC cash management applications (MTS, CAMS, SMS, CMS). You will manage L2/L3 production support, drive incident resolution, and coordinate global teams to ensure high availability of critical systems.

The role requires strong technical knowledge across legacy and modern stacks (Mainframe JCL, DB2, Oracle, Linux, TIBCO, Dynatrace, Grafana, Helios) and hands-on leadership of a distributed team in APAC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines.
English: good spoken and written.
Hands-on experience with cash management / payment applications.
≥8 years of application support with team leadership in APAC contexts.

Responsibilities

Own L2/L3 production support for CM applications; drive incident resolution and RCA.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, including on-call duties.
Lead problem management and ensure permanent fixes.
Collaborate with Global MTS, Monitoring and BA teams on changes.
Support DR testing, BC activities and post security patches.
