Job summary

PALO IT Singapore seeks an IT Operations Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations, security, and toolchain support. You will drive onboarding/offboarding, access management, and platform provisioning while ensuring reliable networks and robust backups.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve tooling, and deploy secure, scalable infrastructure across APAC. Prioritize proactive problem solving and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and user support within a growing org.
• Familiarity with patching on Mac/Windows/Linux environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and security tuning.
• Hands-on with networks, VPNs, firewalls and basic routing.
• Strong CLI skills on Linux/Unix and Windows.
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across offices and remote sites.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, access control, and SaaS provisioning.
• Plan, maintain, and evaluate IT systems for security and reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
• Support audits and ISO27001 compliance.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and IT procurement.
• Identify and implement security and efficiency improvements.
