Job summary

Datwyler IT Infra in Singapore is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive growth across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Building, Infrastructure, Enterprise IT and Data Centre segments.

You will execute go-to-market strategies, expand market presence and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to accelerate revenue. Applicants with 3+ years in sales or BD and a degree in engineering, business or IT will be considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in Building, Large Infrastructure, Telecom, Enterprise IT and Data Centre.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior level role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, consultants and strategic alliance stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
• Formulate and execute business strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on market trends and results.
• Present business plans and growth strategies to company senior leadership and stakeholders.
