Datwyler IT Infra in Singapore is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive growth across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Building, Infrastructure, Enterprise IT and Data Centre segments.

You will execute go-to-market strategies, expand market presence and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to accelerate revenue. Applicants with 3+ years in sales or BD and a degree in engineering, business or IT will be considered.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in Building, Large Infrastructure, Telecom, Enterprise IT and Data Centre.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior level role.

1. Position Summary

This role leads and drives business development activities for Datwyler's IT Infrastructure products, system, solutions and services within the Asia Pacific region, with focus on Building, Infrastructure, Enterprise IT and Data Centre segments.

The position is responsible for accelerating growth by executing go-to-market strategies, expanding market presence, and managing the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, project, and service teams.

Depending on the experience and seniority of the candidates, the person will be assigned the appropriate targeted countries and segment.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitors’ activity
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, consultants and strategic alliance stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration
• Formulate and execute business strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
• Lead negotiations and close deals with company objectives
• Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or similar roles
• Preferred work experience in segment Building, Large Infrastructure, Telecom, Enterprise IT and Data Centre
• Knowledge in Infrastructure & Connectivity solutions in Building, Elevator, IT, Data Centre and Industrial environment will be an advantage
• Candidates will more extensive experience will be considered for senior level role
