Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Asset Management firm for an Head of Institutional Sales to lead and expand its institutional business across the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, Australia, Japan and Korea. You will drive client acquisition, strengthen partnerships, and represent the firm in senior stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of institutional sales experience in asset management or related financial services.
• Established APAC institutional investor networks preferred, especially in Singapore, Australia, Japan, or Korea.
• Proven ability to raise assets, win mandates, and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.
• Ability to engage with CIOs, portfolio managers, and senior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional growth strategies across APAC, focusing on Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea and the wider region.
• Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, and endowments.
• Originate new business opportunities leveraging networks and industry relationships.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions and presentations.
• Represent the firm in final presentations, due diligence meetings, and industry events.
• Contribute to regional sales strategy development and overall APAC growth objectives.
