Job summary

Fisher Investments Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager – Service to serve institutional clients across Singapore and APAC, with possible support to Australia. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate daily service, and liaise with regional teams. The role may lead sales meetings for Singaporean prospects and requires extensive travel.

You will collaborate across regions, maintain client familiarity, and ensure service standards while adapting to a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Excellent, professional communication across face-to-face, phone and written channels.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients and consultants.
• Ability to multi-task, solve complex challenges and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows relationships with institutional clients across APAC.
• Supports US and regional teams to service clients and coordinate activities.
• Leads meetings for Singaporean institutional prospects when appropriate.
• Travels to meet clients and records communications in CRM.
• Coordinates sales and service processes with APAC sales teams.
• Conducts quarterly portfolio reviews and communicates market views.
