Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a senior leader to head its institutional FIC sales team in Singapore. The role focuses on driving client acquisition, expanding wallet share, and growing the bank's fixed income and FX business across Asia, with a China-focused lens.

You will lead the team, shape the regional sales strategy across asset managers and institutions, and partner with Trading and Structuring to deliver tailored solutions. Mandarin useful given China-related interactions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in institutional sales within Fixed Income / FIC / Global Markets.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors across Singapore and Asia.
• Good understanding of fixed income and FX markets; China exposure is a plus.
• Track record of developing new client relationships and revenue growth.
• Previous team leadership or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the institutional FIC sales team in Singapore and manage key client relationships.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy across asset managers, hedge funds, banks and other institutional investors.
• Grow revenue across the franchise by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Promote Fixed Income and FX product distribution across Asian and global markets.
• Collaborate with Trading, Structuring and Global Markets to deliver client solutions.
• Support adoption of electronic trading platforms.
