Job summary
Hyphen Connect is seeking a strategic professional to bridge business development, market analysis, and capital formation for institutional onboarding and fundraising initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive partnerships and scale our institutional ecosystem in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key responsibilities include researching market trends, evaluating credit and fixed income opportunities, and supporting capital formation efforts for TradFi LPs seeking tokenized
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, fintech, or high-growth financial infrastructure startups.
- Fluent in English with business proficiency in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support institutional strategy.
- Source and evaluate credit funds, fixed income strategies, and structured products.
- Support Directors with capital formation, institutional outreach, and relationship management for TradFi LPs.
- Assist in managing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and other institutional partners.
- Execute cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations.
