Job summary

Broadridge Connectivity Solutions seeks a strategic, client-focused Digital Asset and Tokenization Lead, APAC to guide product and client relationships across Asia-Pacific. You will drive adoption of digital asset solutions, define APAC requirements, and ensure smooth onboarding and go-live for regional clients.

The role combines regional market expertise with commercial leadership and deep insights into tokenization and digital assets.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of APAC capital-market structures across the region.
• Experience with APAC financing products such as repo and collateral management.
• Strong interest in blockchain and transformation of financial markets.
• Experience leading complex products or market-infrastructure initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure (custody, trading, wallets, settlement).
• Experience operating in regulated environments with legal, compliance, and risk teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including product strategy and pricing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and client relationship management across the APAC region for Broadridge Digital Assets.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive adoption and collect APAC-specific feature requirements.
• Manage client relationships across the Digital Assets agenda with local sales teams.
• Lead client onboarding and go-live for APAC-based clients.
• Define and lead regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital asset products.
• Identify local needs, market opportunities, and regulatory developments to inform direction.
• Develop business cases including market sizing, ROI, pricing, and commercialization strategy.
• Partner with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other teams to launch and optimize products.
