Hyphen Connect is seeking a strategic professional to bridge business development, market analysis, and capital formation for institutional onboarding and fundraising initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive partnerships and scale our institutional ecosystem in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support institutional strategy.

• Support Directors with capital formation, institutional outreach, and relationship management for TradFi LPs.
• Assist in managing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and other institutional partners.
• Execute cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of business development, market analysis, and capital formation to support institutional asset onboarding and fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to drive strategic partnerships and support the growth of our institutional ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support our institutional strategy for traditional financial asset integration.
• Source and evaluate credit funds, fixed income strategies, and structured products across risk, legal, collateral, and liquidity considerations.
• Support senior Directors (New York and Singapore) with capital formation efforts, institutional outreach, and relationship management for TradFi LPs seeking tokenized yield opportunities.
• Assist in managing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and other institutional partners.
• Execute cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Design, Engineering (PDE), and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, fintech, or high-growth financial infrastructure startups.
• Strong understanding of financial securities, particularly credit and fixed income markets.
• Ability to analyze financial and legal documentation.
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
• Fluent in English with business proficiency in Mandarin.

Preferred Background

• Investment Banking experience in Credit, DCM, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Finance.
• Management Consulting experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Fintech.
• Strategy, Business Operations, or GTM experience in fintech or financial infrastructure companies.
• Demonstrated interest in Real World Assets (RWA) and DeFi.
